During Focus 2020, attendees had the option to participate in “Tool Time.” This session is a modern-day “show and tell” of sample tools used by organizations to assess and respond to needs. Participants learned about screenings, assessments, websites, curricula, and evidence-informed activities used by other Focus 2020 participants. Facilitators and attendees shared tools that are helpful and relevant to the daily work of addressing crises, trauma, and other needs presented by youth and families. The session began with a 30-minute presentation and concluded in NSPN Connect, the online Focus forum, where attendees viewed and shared tools, questions, and solutions with each other.
